9th avenue apartment
For a residence that straddles new and old areas of a recent building conversion our challenge was to accommodate lots of storage, expansive audio/visual components, a desk, and a chef's kitchen without compromising the loft-like spaces of the apartment. The built-in units discretely accommodate all of the clients' needs while simultaneously adding spatial definition, color, and texture to the "clean slate" of the apartment.
