QUONSET DISH
A minimal and flowing form creates this elegant dish. Quonset is handmade, hand detailed, and hand finished by experienced ceramists in a local ceramics studio using age old techniques. Only when the kiln is completely full and not an inch of space remaining, are the pieces fired, therefore minimizing energy consumption and waste. This piece was designed to hold sushi and soy sauce but can be used for a variety of applications including small serving platter, coin dish, and whatever else you can imagine. The dishes are food safe and stackable.
